| If you receive your shipment and the contents are broken or damaged, please notify us immediately by email regarding damaged merchandise. Damage claims must be submitted within 5 days from the date you received your package.
YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your purchase price, less shipping, if items are returned within 30 days. Please make a copy of your shipping invoice, circle the returned item(s), include a brief description of reason for return, and mail to the address on your order package where the product was shipped to you from, or contact us by email at mexitanproducts@hotmail.com and we'll promptly reply with product return instructions. |
